Description: Salvator has a strong malty taste and is the original Paulaner beer. This Doppelbock-Bier uses the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Monks served Salvator as a replacement for food at Lent. Created by Brother Barnabas, head brewer at Paulaner monastery brewery from 1773.
