Description: The basis of the Eisbock is the "ordinary" Aventinus. Through a process of freezing and removing the excess water/ice, the Eisbock is born. A fuller, more concentrated Doppelbock. The wheat makes it a full-bodied beer, with aromas of banana and clove, which is typical of weizen. This is complemented by aromas of almond, plum, toffee and caramel.
