Style: Natural Pet Nat Red Wine
Description: Manual harvested grapes go through whole bunch carbonic maceration. Left in contact with skins for 15 days. Natural yeast fermentation in stainless vats followed by six months aging on it's less. Second fermentation happens in the bottle with no filtration or fining and no added sulphur.
Fruity, floral and spicy aromas are accompanied by sweet notes of sugared almond. In the mouth it is dry with balanced tannins and a pleasant acidity. Organic & Vegan Friendly
