The Double IPA (DIPA) is a hop-forward, high ABV version of the infamous India Pale Ale. They're intense in both aroma and flavour and an incredibly popular beer style in today's market. Here at Kraft Werks we love them so we've put together this bundle to showcase some of our favourites.
All Beers Are Vegan Friendly
This bundle includes:
Glasshouse Beer Co. - DIPA #2, 8% - Dripping in Cryo Simcoe / Cryo Azacca / Citra hops! Melon, guava, mango, pineapple and pink grapefruit wrapped up in a full and wonderfully balanced full body.
Verdant Brewing Co. x Floc - Literally Wondering, 8.5% - Big juicy Double IPA. Hazy and sweet with a touch of coconut, and a bitter finish hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin.
Lervig - Why Not, 8.1% - Why Not is a Double IPA brewed with 20% UK rye malt. Lervig added piney hops Simcoe and Chinook in the whirlpool which marry with the spiciness of the rye. For a more tropical touch, they dry hopped with Moteuka, Galaxy, and Cryo Simcoe to bring the hops bursting into the foreground. But there is no hiding the rye here as the beer has a copper/amber appearance, and coming in at 8.1% ABV it has a full body and big finish. Why Not will remind you of an old school Rye DIPA with an upgrade to today’s hazy/double dry-hopped expectations.
Basqueland - Psychic Sidekick, 8% - Basqueland knew this was going to be good. Their sixth sense told them so and hops are their superpower. An authentic house brand Double IPA with great intensity, creamy body, bursting with ripe tropical fruit, blackcurrant and a touch of pepper.
Overtone Brewing Co. - Ooft!, 8% - Ooft; the sounds made when impressed by something. Showcasing the citra hop in pellet and incognito form, this is a full bodied, hop forward beer with huge citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
