Description: Elderberry Gose uses 100kg of organic elderberries, which we lactic fermented with Blackthorn sea salt and blended with our house culture. It has a lovely tartness and an almost red wine-like depth and flavour. It's our little ode to surfing at dusk. That deep crimson sky and fresh whip of sea spray to the face - if we could bottle that feeling, this would be it.
