Description: Utilising a larger addition of Mosaic as their foundation this time to bring a resinous base to the beer, Polly's have gone for equal parts Citra, El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Simcoe on the cold side of this beer to create a full-on tropical explosion and lean into their status as a modern day juice slinger of a brewery. Expect to be finding fresh cut lemons and limes, ripe pineapple, peach and papaya, before a final flourish of watermelon and pear complete this frankly silly fruit basket of a beer. Awesome.
