Description: Northern Monk's official festival beer is an annual showcase of new and of-the-moment hops, in association with festival sponsor Yakima Chief Hops, and a selection of the headline breweries attending. This year they’ve teamed up with Whiplash (IE), Fidens (NY), and Zichovec (CZ). Fruity up front, thanks to HBC 586’s fruit medley and superblend Cryo Pop’s tropical biotransformation, Talus (R) brings a bite of pithy grapefruit, all over a familiar whirlpool combo of Citra and Simcoe(R).
