The Muscat is bought from a friend on clay, limestone soils, the Pinot Blanc on clay & granite. 25% of the Muscat was infused in the juice whole bunch in muslin for two weeks. This bright & fresh with a wonderful balance and plenty of peachy fruit. Perfect fizz. Vegan Friendly
