Description: Little Trees is Newbarns' latest IPA in a series of beers which pay homage to all things hoppy, experimenting with different interpretations of the style. This time, Newbarns have changed it up a little and made a beer inspired by the IPAs made in California, and the Pacific Northwest and kept it classic with a little bit of caramalt in the mash, dextrose sugar in the boil to keep the beer nice and dry and they hopped it with both Simcoe and Centennial to capture the essence of the US West Coast in a glass; piney, bitter, crisp and clean.
