Description: The direct press version of Cedric's delicious Chenin Blanc. The vines sit on soils of purple schiste in the storied region of Anjou. Direct press and aged in barrels for about a year. It is powerful with direct lush fruit and a distinct minerality. Fun to drink now but will become a lot more complex with age. Organic, Vegan Friendly
