Style: Georgian Amber Wine
Orange and rose wine hybrid. The wine spends 1 month on skins and is fermented in a Georgian clay Qvevri. It's got light tannins dried fruit and floral tones, with raspberry on the nose and strawberry on the palate, followed by an acid tang and bite. Give this a bit of a shake or decant for best results.Interestingly, Vardisperi is a pink-skinned mutation of Rkatsiteli with gentler tannins and generally softer characteristics.
