Description: For this one the DEYA team decided on wheat malt to plump up the body without bringing too much thickness that would distract from other aspects of the beer. And a dash of Rye for seasoning. This beer was dry hopped with Eclipse, a relatively new variety which boasts lots of sweet mandarin and citrus peel. They paired this with Simcoe and as a counterpoint, to bring in some tropical fruit and that sweet piney magic the Simcoe has. Vegan Friendly
