Description: North Brew's fifth collaboration with Berlin’s Fuerst Wiacek sees them utilise an experimental yeast strain that unlocks an abundance of new flavours. A whirlpool addition of Yakima Chief's CRYO POP blend sets a base of fruit cocktail. Big doses of Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Strata unify and bring a punch of pink grapefruit, orange sorbet, cherry and fleshy pink guava all laid on a rounded and slightly sweet base with a drying sherbert finish. Be rest-assured, there is a hell of a lot packed into this Pale Ale. Vegan Friendly
