Description: A huge yet crisp West Coast DIPA. Pale golden in colour from subtle use of Amber and Crystal malt which also provide a light sweetness to the beer. Masses of Chinook and Simcoe hops create a huge bitterness and resinous pine notes, synonymous with the style, with additions of Citra & Mosaic, provide more new-school citrus and stone fruit flavours over the top.
