Description: Each year North whip together a juiced up IPA guaranteed to quench the thirst. This year’s Paria IPA brings a splendour of pale and cara gold malts as well as oats and wheat to bring a subtly sweet soft, chewy malt base for North to lay on a hefty dose of hardcore hops. El Dorado brings lusciously soft, fleshy pear and honey melon whilst Sultana and Chinook hops boast big hits of succulent pineapple, bright citrus, a lasting resinous pine finish and zingy bitter finish.
