A lovely gentle maceration from Emilien, this 50% Pinots - Auxerrois, Gris, Blanc, blended with 45 % Riesling & 5 % Muscat Blanc
Each grape variety grows on granite soil around Kientheim, (Grand Cru Schlossberg & surrounding areas.) 90% direct press with 10% maceration (using pinot auxerrois, pinot blanc and muscat for 3 weeks).
Produced using an old manual press, aged 18 month in old barrels (500l) and then bottled by hand. Just 840 bottles were made.
With a very open texture and beautiful aromatics, this a lovely open macerated white wine that is singing right now. Organic, Vegan Friendly
