DEscription: A Red Ale made using Red X malt from Germany, known for giving its red tinged hit to beers. This IPA uses some of our favourite hops from New Zealand. A chewy maltiness provides the backbone for big citrus notes provided from Motueka and wai-iti in the kettles before dry hopping with an equal blend of Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Jade to give lemon zest, gooseberry and botanical spicy notes on the nose.
