Description: When To Øl got their first taste of the new hop Strata, they found it to be one of the best new hops out there. They were that smitten they had to brew a huge Double IPA with it! Strata has a very distinct aroma, that can only be described as, ahem, 'herbal' and blueberries, with a hint of passionfruit. The best way to bring that out is through a double IPA! Using only Centennial in the kettle, it was dry-hopped exclusively with Strata.
