Mandarina Bavaria, a hop variety from the Hallertau, delivers an exotic bouquet and a pleasantly fruity aroma, characterised by tangerine/orange notes. In the brewing process, the hops are not added as usual in the brewhouse when the wort is boiled, but only during storage and maturing in the cold area ("cold hopping"). In this way, the particularly sensitive and volatile flavourings are retained in the finished beer.
