We will ensure that all products have the right discount (or lack thereof). Kraft Werks has the right to amend prices after the order has been placed to reflect the deal. 

Kraft Werks Welcome Discount

We are delighted to offer a 10% welcome discount to customers for their first purchase when signing up to our email marketing. This discount excludes all Sharing Bottles, Natural Wines & Spirits. 

Refund Policy

You can cancel your click & collect order within 14 working days. please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue a refund on the uncollected goods.

Refunds will be issued to the card used to make payment.

Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Privacy policy

We will not use your details to send adverts or anything similar from outside companies. We may send you info on Kraft Werks from time to time. (Just hit unsubscribe button if you do not wish to receive again). 

We will not pass details onto any third party. 

We will always look to the Data Protection Act 1998 and all its implications regarding the storage of data in terms of our customers. 

When you make a purchase or register your details with Kraft Werks, you consent to us recording, holding and using personal data.

Terms of service

1. Kraft Werks reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any point without notice. 
2. Choosing to purchase from our site, it is deemed that you are accepting to all the terms and conditions. 
3. It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks, In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964. If you are buying alcohol for someone else, they must be over 18. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure this. 
4. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over. 
5. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. All identification will be checked. We use challenge 25 policy and expect buyers to comply with request of identification of ID and age. You will be contacted if this is the case as necessary. 
6. We aim to ensure the prices shown on our website are correct. 
7. If a mistaken price is shown, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to carry on with the order at the new correct price. 
8. We make every effort to supply all items listed on this website. However, there are times where this may not be possible. In these cases, we will contact you and offer a comparison. 
9. We reserve the right to withdraw and replace products without notice. Beer changes all the time and we are only keeping up with the market in terms of supply in such cases. 
10. We will not be held responsible for any information that is incorrect. We try our utmost to ensure all information is correct and up to date. 
11. Kraft Werks vouchers can currently only be used on purchases within store. They are valid within 12 months from purchase date. No change will be given.
