It is a vintage bittersweet with all the character that makes traditional english cider special: tannin, complexity and body. This batch is our first made in stainless steel and the result is a very fruit forward Dabinett! Peach and melon alongside the classic bitter orange combine to make a cider that pops across the palate. Delicious!
