Description: Partridge pate by ArteMonte has a gamey flavour made with refined natural spices. Its soft texture similar to that of French foie gras. Ten years ago the Valdivia family started ArteMonte in Andalusia. They source their game locally from hunters. By doing the job from start to finish ArteMonte can guarantee quality. Each jar contains 24% Partridge.
Ingredients: Pork, partridge, poultry broth, chicken livers, milk, water, pate mix (emulsifier: E451, sugar, vegetable fibre, salt, antioxidants: E301 and E331, preservative: E202 and E200), salt spices, onion, palm oil, wheat flour.
