Description:
Cantillon Drogone Lambic is a three-year old lambic macerated for 10 weeks with 300 kilograms of Aglianico grape vinacce in lambic, fermented with gross lees from Cantina Giardino in Italy.
This bottling and its label is based off of Cantina Giardino's Drogone Wine and is the second time that the brewery and the winery have worked together on a blend. Prior to being blended with the lambic, the grapes went through a 3 month pellicular maceration in chestnut wood barrels. Vegan Friendly
