Description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Mikkeller Baghaven, this foeder-aged saison was made with Baghaven's indigenous mixed culture and barley from a local Wisconsin farm to create a unique intercontinental beer. After more than nine months of aging in French oak, we bottled it directly to preserve the delicacy achieved by the combination of local ingredients, an uncommon mash schedule, and aged hops.
