Description: Slow Limitations is a continuation of our exploration of how to make the perfect Mountain IPA - east coast or west coast water profile? Heavy on the cold or hot side hops? We’ve gone with our usual Polly’s hazy grist profile on this beer, paired up with a West Coast water profile, fermented out with LA3 to hold as much of the good stuff within the beer as possible. And the hops! How about the hops? Keeping it old school on the both the hot and cold side with Amarillo and Cascade during the boil and whirlpool to impart some pithy citrus rind bitterness to start, before cold side additions of the same produce bright orange and fresh grassy notes to round things off. Vegan Friendly.
