Description: Apple Road is our interpretation of a more traditional oxidative cider. For this cuvee we use 100% pigeon apples, as the unique flavor profile is in between a Scandinavian eating apple, and a french cider apple. The pigeon apples are tart and bitter, giving the beverage associations to a more classic french style of cider, but in a light delicate way. Apple Road has notes of almonds and salted caramel with lots of body, tannins and a very pleasant bitterness, always associated with the pigeon apple. Vegan Friendly
