Description: Part of Pastore's cocktail sour collection. Classic aviation cocktail inspired fruit sour. Cheery wood was used to impart some light maraschino notes, then lots of butterfly pea flowers to bring about the purple colour change. Finally conditioned on Italian lemons & Juniper. Unique, with notes of citrus, juniper and zippy acidity. Super refreshing! Vegan Friendly.
