Description: The combination of dried herbs and salt give your tatties a tonne of flavour and the semolina gives them a wonderful golden crunch. While the claims of the name haven’t been scientifically proven, we like to point out they haven’t been disproven either!
Great on: Rock and roll roast potatoes. Also try on the skin of your roast chicken or pork for extra flavour and a little crunch. For vegetables like cauliflower or courgettes, drizzle some olive oil and then scatter the seasoning on top for a pretty sexy side dish.
