Description: Princess Slayer is a fabled collaboration with Emperor's Brewery we did way back in 2018 that has been in high demand for a rebrew... and the planets aligned perfectly for it some seven years later!

This time, we brewed two variations of the beer. First, the base beer with plenty of sour cherry purée and cacao nibs for that beautiful chocolate and sour cherry tang. 

And then we also aged half the brew in Heaven Hill Distillery Bourbon Barrels for six months, adding another level of depth and rich, deep flavour with notes of vanilla and caramel that marry with the chocolate and cherry for a delicious stout that we hope you'll enjoy as much as the original.
