Description: This is our spontaneously fermented golden ale, matured in neutral french oak, and refermented on organic whole blackberries (Driscoll Victoria) and organic whole raspberries (Driscoll Maravilla) from Herefordshire. This is the first beer released with our golden ale base. It consists of barrels from two batches both brewed in early March 2020. The grist was made up of 60%/70% malted barley, 40%/30% raw wheat, and both endured a long boil and full coolship rest. 750ml bottle, 5.5% ABV
