Description: This is a blend of de la Senne's Jambe-de-Bois and Cantillon lambic, making the Wadesda #9 a Tripel Saison. Amber in colour with typical lambic characteristics - woody with a strong funky bretty nose, plus notes of quince and fallen apples. This is followed by white flowers, old kirsch and persimmon, a hint of curry leaves and a vinous character. All of this blends perfectly with the classic tripel aromas, such as pears and bananas. The finish finale is dry and almost mineral. Intoxicating and complex, yet refreshing and drinkable.

Hazy golden ale with a frothy and fluffy fully lasting White head. Inviting deep and complex nose and flavor. Funk, farmhouse, pineapple, Wood - Excellent brett. Minerally. Dry and funky finish.
