Dan Bodington won our annual competition, run by Reading Amateur Brewers on behalf of Burghfield Santas, to find a house beer for their annual charity festival. Dan's recipe uses a clean malt bill with six different hops to deliver a beer that's nicely bitter with a new world citrussy hop profile.
