Description: We brewed this beer as a reprise to our recent collaboration Polaris. This New England-style IPA uses the same hops as the original beer but aims for a lower overall bitterness and a softer body. Expect plenty of pine sap from the Simcoe before the tropical and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin and Krush step into the fold.
