Description: A rare and highly sought after white wine from the lesser known French region of Jura.
Anne et Jean François Ganevat's 'La Gravière' is made with special care and attention as they work to preserve 72 years of history. The grapes are manually destemmed and pressed, fermentation takes place with native yeasts and the wines ages on lees for 30 months. The 2017 Chardonnay is a well-balanced wine that borders on perfection, with notes of wood, fresh butter, citrus fruit and abundant minerality.
White wine Aged in wood. 100% Chardonnay. Biodynamic, Natural and Vegan.
Ideal with white meats or grilled white fish.
