Description: A vibrant rye whisky from East London Liquor Co, made from 55% Norfolk rye and 45% Maris Otter barley. Fermented with saison yeast and distilled on site, this whisky was then matured in a second-fill Chardonnay cask for four years. The result is a dram with notes of red orchard fruit, birch sap, leather, peach compote, and freshly cut grass.
