9% alcohol. GRAPES: From 2023- 20% Pinot Noir, 14% Pinot Gris. From 2024 – 47% Bacchus, 10% Regent, 9% Seyval. 843 bottles.
Vegan friendly

A multi vintage blend from the 2023 And 2024 vintages. Direct pressed Bacchus was aged in stainless steel and then blended with co-fermented Regent and Seyval after the Winter. A single barrel of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from the 2024 vintage was also then blended. Minor addition of sulphur before bottling in August 2025. 

Best served chilled.
