Like the UK, Spain has many regional variations of black pudding, known as morcilla in Spanish. This Catalan variety is a soft type, made to be cooked, and contains a good quantity of onion, giving it a pleasant sweetness.
Ingredients: Spanish pork (52%), Spanish pork blood, onion (19%) (onion, olive oil, salt and acidity regulator: citric acid), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast and barley malt extract), natural pork casing , salt, paprika, spices, rice flour, antoxidant: sodium ascorbate.
