Description: Produced by Anna Dubarry in the south east of France in a small area called Gers. This black hummus is a perfect side to add to you afternoon snacks of cheese and wine any time of the year.
Ingredients : Rehydrated black chickpeas, Water, Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon juice, Sunflower oil, Garlic, Sea salt, Ginger, Cumin.
