Perelló - Pickled Garlic

Description:  These delicious whole, peeled garlic cloves are lightly pickled in wine vinegar, infused with oregano and tarragon. They have a full, savoury sweetness and a crisp texture.

Serving suggestion - serve with olives and anchovies for a simple, classic snack, or alongside a platter of cured meats. Try adding to salads, sautéed vegetables or a stir fry for flavour and texture.

Ingredients: Garlic cloves (Sulphites), water, vinegar, salt, oregano, tarragon, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
