Sanchez Ayala, Manzanilla Gabriela NV

Description: A venerable Sherry house in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Sanchez Ayala was founded in 1789. More recently the bodega was bought in the 1980s and now bottles its own production making it a real "growers Sherry". Gabriela is aged for around 6 years and has soft, fruity flavours with the classic yeasty aromas and a typically saline hit on the finish.
