Sugo alla Puttanesca, now that’s a sauce for Spaghetti! Made with olives and capers the word Puttanesca means ‘in the style of a prostitute’. Who knew? Puttanesca and Spaghetti are both thought to be Neopolitan (from Naples) on the South Western side of Italy, a beautiful region in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, near Pompeii. This sauce would be fantastic with Bucatini.
