Vinyes Tortuga "Silent Shout" Sweet Vermouth

Description: Natural Vermouth made by Dido and Jurriaan from Vinyes Tortuga

Coming from rosé wine (Cabernet Franc) and late harvest red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon) that had some residual sugar.

25 different botanicals, and spices are added and the vermouth is simply fortified with alcohol distilled from its own wine and only sweetened with the natural residual sugars. 

Great with a mixer, or by itself over ice as a digestif.
