Perelló - Salted Capers

Description: These baby capers are very small and firm, providing the best texture and flavour. Fermented in brine, they are an excellent ingredient in many Mediterranean dishes. With a combination of floral, citrus and salty notes they are an excellent accompaniment to smoked  fish, or in a classic caper sauce.
